Seated is a dining concierge service designed to help users coordinate restaurant reservations according to their specified dining preferences.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To use Seated, you must maintain an accurate account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You authorize Seated to coordinate dining reservations on your behalf using the preferences and parameters you provide.
3. Third-Party Booking Services
Seated is an independent utility that assists diners in coordinating reservations across various independent dining services and restaurant booking systems. Seated is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party reservation services or individual restaurants. All bookings secured remain subject to the respective restaurant's and booking provider's attendance and cancellation policies.
4. Cancellations & Fees
Restaurants may impose cancellation fees, late fees, or no-show policies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and adhering to any restaurant's specific cancellation window. You can cancel reservations directly in the Seated app or by contacting the restaurant directly.
5. Limitation of Liability
Seated is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee table availability or that a reservation request will be fulfilled.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or engage in misuse of the service.
