- Dining Preferences: Preferred party sizes, requested dates, times, and dining parameters to facilitate reservations.

We use your information solely for providing reservation services:
- Coordinating restaurant reservations according to your requests.
- Sending timely notifications regarding reservation confirmations and booking updates.
- Syncing reservation details with your device calendar upon your explicit request.
3. Data Storage & Security
All user data and personal information are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-leading security practices. Access to our infrastructure is strictly restricted and monitored.
4. Account Deletion & Data Retention
You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly within the Seated app (Profile > Edit Profile > Delete Account, or from the waitlist status screen). Upon deletion, all your active requests, account details, and reservation history are permanently removed from our active databases.
